Welcome to this charming house, nestled in a peaceful residential area of Calonge, just minutes from the city center and 5 minutes from the stunning beach. The house boasts a beautiful garden with a sparkling swimming pool, 4 sunbeds, and a covered veranda with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The veranda also features a gas cooking area with a sink.A large covered barbecue area for grilling up your favorite meals completes the outside facilities.
The house is designed with a single floor layout, with a spacious living and dining room that opens up to the garden, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and garden access, and three bedrooms - one with a double bed and private bathroom, one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with a double bed. A shared complete bathroom and a courtesy bathroom (no shower) completes the indoor layout.
Guests can easily park their cars on the street in front of the house.
The house has free WiFi.
Please note that the lower part of the house has a separate, independent entrance and contains an apartment with a garage, which belongs to the owner of the house. This area is not accessible to guests and the garden, pool, and house are for the exclusive use of our guests.
