Holiday house in l'Escala, with a magnificent outdoor area, tastefully maintained and located in a quiet residential area just 1 km from the beach of Riells and its shops.
The exterior of this house is perfect for a wonderful holiday. The whole outside area is equipped with artificial grass and is completely fenced so the house is very private. At the back, a terraced area with outdoor furniture and barbecue to enjoy the good weather in summer.
The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor we find the kitchen, fully equipped, a small toilet and the living-dining room with a large balcony overlooking the outdoor terrace. Going up to the first floor, we find the three bedrooms: the first one with a double bed, the second one with two single beds and the third one with a double bed and a bunk bed. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and are tastefully decorated. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with bathtub.
